24 hours notice is required if you wish to change or cancel an appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee (up to 100%) will apply.
Please arrive 3-5 mins before your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may inconvenience other clients and could result in a shortened treatment time with full charges applicable.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee (see above) for any treatments not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your chosen appointment time. For avoidance of doubt, if booking within 24 hours of chosen appointment time, cancellation fee will still apply.
